I had heard a lot about this and questioned whether it really makes a difference. I was pleasantly surprised. The Milani Eye Shadow Primer provides a smooth base for your eye shadow providing added staying power so it lasts all day. Although, what I like most is how it brings out the pigment of eyeshadow and makes for easy blending. Give this product a try! Did I mention that it is also under $10?
Eyeshadow Palette
The Milani Bold Obsessions Eyeshadow Palette. This is a great little palette for under $10. It provides a combination of matte and metallic colors that can provide either subtle or bold colors. It’s definitely a keeper.
Eye Liner Pencil
The NYX Slide on Pencil is a great product and comes in a variety of colors. It glides on smoothly and is great for tight-lining or for application on the waterline. It is creamy and smudges nicely. You may also want to check out the copper or rose gold colors for more subtle looks.
Brush
